Word Filled Wednesday {My first one}

Last week I was at my friends blog Rebecca @ Looking Unto Jesus,  check her out here and she posted a Word Filled Wednesday. So I am going to give it a try and see what the Lord does.

“The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”

Zephaniah 3:17

The Lord your God is with you. I think sometimes we forget that He is with us throughout our day. And when a trial or circumstance comes up we try to figure it out ourselves to then realize we can’t. I wish I had an automatic default that send God a message. ” Help Lord, I can’t do this, I can’t figure this out…HELP!!!!!!!!

The other morning when my little one woke up she came to me crying because she couldn’t breathe, she was screaming that to me. Inside I was saying “sweetie, if you couldn’t breathe you couldn’t scream at me”. But I had to take a quick sec to calm myself, because honestly that was scary. And I’m trying to console her and I panic and call my husband, while she is still screaming at me how she can’t breathe while coughing this horrible cough. I called my hubby who came to my rescue, but I trusted and leaned on him to figure it out. I should have called out to God to calm my heart, instead I had an expectation on my husband. I still was a little paniced afterwards and remembered that I didn’t pray.

So I prayed and God calmed my daughter and allowed her to breath again. At that moment I took a deep breath and started to breath myself.

waiting in the urgent care that morning, after our scare.  Keep her in prayer she is still sick with bad head cold.

Seek God. Trust God. Wait for Him. Hold onto His promises!

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, I pray for every person that stops here, would you go before them. Lord you know what’s on their heart, you know their circumstances would you see them through it. Remind them and me to hold on to Your promises in the bad and good. Lord if you are for us who can be against. Thank you Jesus for You! in Jesus name I pray AMEN!

If you are here from WFW, please leave me comment I would love to see what your reflection is.

Thank you for stopping by!

Blessings,
Adrienne
